Your Responsibilities:

You take on the overall coordination/monitoring of strategic key projects
and specifically promote individual initiatives that significantly contribute to the company's success.
In doing so, you handle commercial tasks as well as activities in sales/service
and are closely connected with our international subsidiaries. In this
role, you work in direct coordination with the board and report
regularly to them. Your work is based on a good understanding of business as well as
communicative and intercultural competence – with the opportunity to actively
contribute and implement your own ideas.
Your focus is on strategic initiatives that sustainably
secure our growth and drive the transformation of the organization. As a sparring partner
(m/f/d) of the C-level, you actively shape the implementation of our strategic agenda.
With your knowledge, good communication skills, and a collegial
working style, you achieve a high impact within the company. You work
independently and communicate appropriately across all levels and
departments.

Location: Emmerich am Rhein (hybrid), travel share of approx. 20%

International Connections:
Due to the global structure of our corporate group, regular coordination and project work in intercultural teams take place.

Your Tasks:

  • You take on the overall coordination/monitoring for projects from various
    company areas – from market- and product-related tasks to
    internal transformation projects.
  • You are in close exchange with various department heads, bring the
    group companies together, and ensure collegial collaboration.
  • You manage cross-departmental project teams and actively promote
    knowledge exchange within the group.
  • You create international templates for the board and the supervisory board.
  • You develop innovative solution approaches and implement them together with the
    relevant stakeholders, enjoying the use of digital solutions.
  • You independently ensure the timely implementation of project goals and
    monitor the adherence to milestones and budgets.
  • You analyze progress, identify deviations early, and independently
    initiate countermeasures.
  • You involve the CEO and/or CFO specifically in complex challenges.
  • You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth
    communication.

Your Profile:

  • You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • You have several years of professional experience working with the management level of internationally active companies.
  • You possess a good understanding of business and technical matters.
  • You can analyze and assess complex relationships in a well-founded manner.
  • You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and act proactively.
  • You communicate clearly in spoken and written form, including in English.
