To strengthen our team at the Dresden location, we are looking for a trainee (m/f/d) to become a Mechatronics Technician as soon as possible.
 

What to expect during the training:

Where modern machines and systems are built, mechatronics technicians (m/f/d) are in demand.
Mechatronics combines the disciplines of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and information technology
– making the profession interesting, exciting, and forward-looking.
 
In the basic training, you will already learn the most important tasks of a mechatronics technician (m/f/d). These include testing and measuring electrical circuits as well as setting up and operating electrotechnical machines and systems. These are controlled via programmable components, so you will also deal intensively with IT hardware and software. In addition, skill, care, and precision are required to assemble technically complex machines.
 
Training focuses include:
  • Basics of metalworking
  • Basics of electrical engineering
  • Measurement, control, and regulation technology
  • Quality management
  • Planning and control of work processes
  • Installation and testing of hardware and software components
  • Assembly and testing of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Programming of numerical controls and mechatronic systems

You are a good fit for this profession if you bring the following qualifications:

  • Good grades in mathematics and physics
  • Technical and manual interest
  • Affinity for electrical engineering and electronics as well as computer science and data processing
  • Logical understanding and abstraction skills
  • Team spirit

Theory and practice – a dual training program

During your 3.5-year dual training program, you can look forward to an exciting time. The theoretical knowledge taught at vocational school ranges from the basics of materials science to understanding and handling electrical circuit diagrams and assembly drawings.
At PROBAT Dresden GmbH, you will encounter innovative machines and systems for industrial cocoa and chocolate production, which are designed, assembled, and successfully used worldwide at our location, and later commissioned globally.
To ensure a high-quality practical part of the training, we also cooperate with the IHK training center in Dresden.
