At the earliest possible date, we search for a Global Head of Project Management (m/f/d) for our company group. 

These are your tasks:

  • Strategic responsibility for the complete project management within the company group including risk management and quality assurance
  • Implementation of company-wide project management strategy as well as optimisation of the existing project management tools and methods
  • Control and monitoring of complex, interdisciplinary projects on national and international levels
  • Ensuring efficient processes for prioritisation and resource allocation
  • Leadership and development of a global team of 20 project managers (m/f/d)
  • Identification of innovation potentials and promotion of agile methods for continuous improvement
  • Communication with stakeholders on C level and close cooperation with other executives
  • Direct reporting to the CSO of the company group 

What you need to bring:

  • Completed studies in engineering, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study
  • Relevant experience as manager in the field of project management
  • Proven success with complex projects and in strategic corporate development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern project management methods
  • Leadership and social skills, analytical and strategic way of working as well as very good negotiating skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to successfully implement changes
  • Good command of written and spoken German and English language, further languages are an advantage
 
Depending on your residence, your place of employment will be in Emmerich or in Koog aan de Zaan. Hybrid working is possible.
