HR Specialist (m/f/d)

Now we are looking for you as soon as possible as an HR Specialist (m/f/d).
These are your tasks:
- You are the central contact person for management, executives, and employees in all personnel-related matters for your area of responsibility.
- As a skilled negotiator and conversational partner (m/f/d), you develop solutions together with the works council.
- You prepare personnel requirements and personnel cost planning and recruit new staff.
- You further develop personnel and salary structures and implement them successfully.
- You assess legal issues and coordinate them with legal support.
- You further develop and implement HR topics and processes.
What you bring:
- You have completed training with further education as a Personnel Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- You have relevant professional experience in the HR field, ideally with expertise in the NRW Metal Tariff.
- Excellent German and English skills are required as you will work in an international environment.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of Veda (payroll), Atoss (time management), and Rexx (HR administration).
- You bring solid knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- You impress with communication skills, team spirit, negotiation skills, service orientation, and a sense of responsibility.
- You are willing to undertake occasional business trips to our affiliated companies in Dresden, Norderstedt, and the Netherlands.
