To strengthen our team at our Norderstedt location, we are looking for an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
As part of a team, you will work on the continuous improvement of our globally established shredding machines. In close cooperation with product management, quality, service, design, and sales departments, you will ensure that customer requirements are turned into reality.
Location: Norderstedt
Organizational classification: You will work as part of a motivated team of colleagues within the Production/Logistics department and report directly to the respective team leader.
Your Tasks:
- Assembly of roller mills, mills, and plant components in accordance with orders, drawings, and parts lists
- Checking individual parts and assemblies for functionality, tightness, etc.
- Repair and maintenance of machine components, plant components, and grinding tools
- Assembly and installation of finished assemblies and components into machines and plant products
- Occasional service assignments in Germany and abroad
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f) or comparable training
- Experience in welding, especially TIG and MAG (certificates desirable)
- Know-how in the field of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings
- Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%)
