Your Responsibilities

As a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire commercial processing of orders in the customer support team—from preparing quotations to final invoicing—and will be the central point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination.

Location: Emmerich am Rhein/mobile working possible on a daily basis after training

Organisational classification:
The position is based in the Customer Support department and reports directly to the department manager.

Team size:
You will work as part of a team of six colleagues who are technical employees in Customer Support.

Your Tasks:

  • You will handle the customer support team's orders from order creation to final invoicing.
  • You will process inquiries and create quotes and orders – in German and English.
  • You will take care of office organization, maintain data and cases in the CRM system, and settle business trips.
  • You will organize intercompany billing for the respective support teams.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable experience
  • Communication skills and good English skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally AMS++)
  • Knowledge of SalesForce desirable
  • Structured and reliable way of working
