Your Responsibilities
Do you enjoy taking on responsibility and wanting to successfully implement international projects? Then you've come to the right place! With us, you will ensure that our coffee, cocoa, and chocolate production plants around the world run smoothly and are successfully commissioned.
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering complex and large-scale projects in accordance with contractual agreements. You are involved in the acceptance of projects handed over by the sales organization and act as the central point of contact for customers on both technical and commercial matters. You are accountable for the overall project outcome, from developing the project plan through to final delivery and handover to the customer. You ensure control over all project aspects, including planning, budget, quality, safety, communication, and documentation, and provide accurate and timely reporting to both management and the customer.

Position within the organization: Project organization within an internationally operating industrial environment
Team size: 6 persons
International connections: Frequent interaction with international clients and occasional work abroad
Your Tasks:
- You will manage national and international plant engineering projects – from planning to successful acceptance.
- You will lead the project teams and coordinate all involved trades and partners.
- You will be the central point of contact for our customers regarding technical and commercial matters.
- You will plan and monitor the assembly and commissioning processes on site, supported by our internal specialist departments.
Your Profile
- A completed technical degree at minimum HBO (Bachelor) level
- 5–10 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry
- Very good written and spoken English skills; good written and spoken German skills; other languages are an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft 365
- Sense of responsibility and creative drive
- Technical curiosity and enjoyment of varied tasks in a project context
- Independent, structured way of working as well as communication skills and
assertiveness - VCA VOL certification or willingness to obtain it
- Willingness to travel internationally
