For our headquarters in Emmerich am Rhein, Germany, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) / Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date as a parental leave replacement.

Your Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. Working closely with our hiring managers, you will serve as a trusted partner while acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Your goal is to ensure a professional, engaging, and tailored candidate experience.

Location: Emmerich am Rhein, Germany

Reporting Line: You will report directly to the Head of HR and work closely with our HR Business Partners as part of a 12-member HR team.

Your Tasks:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process, from defining hiring requirements through to successful onboarding
  • Create, optimize, and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
  • Review and assess candidate applications in our applicant tracking system (REXX) in close cooperation with hiring managers
  • Support the HR Business Partners, including during periods of changing hiring demands
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct interviews
  • Proactively identify and engage talent through active sourcing on relevant platforms
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external recruitment partners and service providers
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and monitor the overall candidate experience
  • Plan and represent PROBAT at recruiting fairs and HR career events
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial/business education or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience with active sourcing is an advantage
  • Independent, proactive, and well-structured working style
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
