Now we are looking for you as soon as possible as Technical Sales Assistant (m/w/d).
Your Responsibilities:
- You take over and process customer inquiries and those from our Area Sales Management.
- Together with our specialist departments, you develop technical solutions, including the creation of simple process flow diagrams, tailored precisely to the customer.
- You calculate and create offers – from standard to complex custom solutions. You thoroughly examine tender documents and technical specifications.
- You conduct technical checks, create order confirmations, and hand over projects smoothly to project management.
- You actively support sales – by phone, during customer visits at our premises, and, if necessary, directly on-site.
- Additionally, you contribute to the further development of our sales processes.
What You Bring:
- You have completed a technical education or possess a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in technical sales is a plus but not a must. You work customer-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
- Technical drawings and process flow diagrams are part of your skillset.
- You are proficient in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
- You speak good English and ideally other languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish.
