Now we are looking for you as soon as possible as Technical Sales Engineer/Project Engineer Sales (m/w/d).
 

These are your tasks:

  • Taking over and processing customer requirements from the initial concept design of the process engineering process to the preparation or implementation of offers, as well as their holistic coordination and processing within the process engineering concept phase.
  • Reviewing and clarifying customer tender documents and technical specifications.
  • Advising on technical solutions and conducting technical clarifications with the customer and the Area Sales Manager (m/w/d).
  • Creating process flow diagrams and conducting rough spatial investigations in the 3D CAD system.
  • Conducting presentations, taking over customer support in-house, and assisting with negotiations at the customer's site.
  • Technical clarification and development of customer-oriented solutions in collaboration with specialist departments and suppliers.
  • Preparing and calculating offers of varying complexity levels.
  • Preparing order confirmations and handing them over to project management.
  • Contributing to the further development of our sales processes, cross-location process optimization, and standardization.
  • Regular national and international travel (up to approximately 25% of working time).

You bring with you:

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in process engineering and ideally experience in order processing and customer support in mechanical and plant engineering.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
    Customer-oriented actions and team spirit in collaboration with the sales team and specialist departments.
  • Proficient handling of technical drawings and process flow diagrams.
  • Skilled use of MS Office as well as CRM and ERP systems.
  • Expertise in Solid Edge or similar CAD software such as Inventor, AutoCAD.
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills (preferably Italian, French, or Spanish) are desirable.
  • Willingness to travel and commitment.
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
