Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will provide comprehensive support to the sales department and help ensure that internal processes run smoothly and our customers receive professional service. You combine administrative strength with communication skills and act as an important interface between sales, the international sales network, marketing, and customers. With your structured approach to work, you will make a significant contribution to the efficiency of our sales processes.

Location: Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

Organizational classification: Sales 

Your Tasks:

  • Sales support tasks, such as creating and maintaining presentations, sales and marketing documents, and conducting Internet and market research
  • System maintenance and reporting in the CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (AMS)
  • Supporting sales in all administrative and organizational matters
  • Actively serving as an interface between sales, the international sales network, and the PROBAT Group's central marketing department
  • Direct customer communication – both individually and across the board

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
  • Limited willingness to travel
  • Interest in and enjoyment of working with different cultures
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team with a strong service orientation
  • Confident use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ERP systems (AMS) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Advantageous: Professional experience in a medium-sized industrial company in a comparable field of activity
