These are your tasks:
- Support in creating requirements in the ERP system
- Maintenance and updating of building, machine, and equipment documentation
- Assistance with scheduling appointments with suppliers and craft companies
- Creation of overviews
- Digitization and structured filing of documents
What you bring:
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Reliability, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written (e.g., required for communication within the team and with suppliers)
